Member Eligibility
The PrimeWest Health provider web portal provides a web-based tool to verify eligibility, check claims status, view authorization status, print remittance advices, and send secure emails to our Provider Contact Center.

Another tool that can be used to verify member eligibility is the Minnesota Information Transfer System (MN–ITS). MN–ITS is a Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) system that allows providers to verify MHCP eligibility and is free to all MHCP providers and billers. MN–ITS users must register with the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS). DHS will issue a user ID and password for accessing the system.

Member Benefits
Do you need to verify benefits and covered services for a PrimeWest Health member? Look in the applicable Member Handbook, which details specific program benefits. Members are notified that they can access this publication on the PrimeWest Health website or ask to have one sent to them. Providers can also use these documents to access members' coverage information.
