Child and Teen Checkups (C&TCs)

Child and Teen Checkups (C&TCs) are well-child health checkups that begin at birth and continue through age 21. These checkups include things like a complete physical exam, vaccines, hearing and vision checks, lab tests, and information about good physical health.

You can learn more about C&TCs by logging on to the Secure Member Site. Click Access Wellness in the Quick Links menu. Then, under “Library,” click Search & Browse. Use the Search box to search for “well-child visits.”
