Families and Children
For children and adults under age 65 who have Medical Assistance
MinnesotaCare
For children and adults who are eligible for the State MinnesotaCare program. Members pay a monthly premium to the State.
Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+)
For people age 65 or over who have Medical Assistance, and when they have Medicare, have it through Original Medicare or another insurer
Special Needs BasicCare (SNBC)
For people who have a certified disability and have Medical Assistance, are ages 18 – 64, and when they have Medicare, have it through Original Medicare or another insurer
Medicare with Medical Assistance
PrimeWest Senior Health Complete (HMO SNP)
A Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO) program for people age 65 or over who choose to have both their Medical Assistance and Medicare through PrimeWest Health
Prime Health Complete (HMO SNP)
A Special Needs BasicCare (SNBC) program for people who have a certified disability, are ages 18 – 64, and choose to have both their Medical Assistance and Medicare through PrimeWest Health
